Hi, I just paid an invoice from my railway account for May, and afterwards decided to check out other pricing plans. After reviewing, I clicked on upgrade to pro and immediately was moved up, I tried to downgrade immediately as I realized I'd have to pay $20 per month no matter what, but the downgrade button just loads without any success (or failure).

hello,
could you explain how you ended up accidentally upgrading to pro to begin with? we want to make this process as error free as possible.
I wouldn't call it an 'accident' per se... I just didn't think it'd be so easy to take an action that would cause my card issuer to email me.
I was on the plans page in workspace settings, trying to compare the plans, and then I clicked on upgrade to pro.

we show a prompt that asks you if you would like to confirm the upgrade, did you not get a prompt perhaps?

any way we could make it more clearer?
Maybe this is unique to me, but I didn't quite understand I'd be deducted $20 immediately...
Is there a way to rollback to Hobby, I really don't have a need for the Pro features as of yet...

full transparency here, you are not the first, could you help us to understand why you didn't think you'd be charged and what could have been done to clarify that before you upgraded?

yes I'll handle that Monday for you, just wanting to gather feedback right now
Okay well, usually when a 'new' payment is about to happen, I'd expect to be taking to a checkout page to confirm, and so on... I understand my card is already saved to Railway's stripe account so this step wasn't really needed for the system to process the payment.

It may help to add "You'll be charged $20" to this prompt if thats the case
