I'm having trouble launching Chatwoot. I'm getting a screen that says the following:

The application did not respond.

This error appears to be caused by the application.

Here it is, besides that my account doesn't appear as if the subscription was paid, it appears as if I were a new user and at the beginning of this month they deducted from my card
