I got this error:
Free plan resource provision limit exceeded. Please upgrade to provision more resources!
However i still have 3.78 dollars on my account for my free trial. I was waiting that i have no bills so i will do a subscription, however i find this useless because how is it possible they stop me my server eventhough i have bills on it. I feel like that's not serious.

Hey farajdev, this is most likely related to the fact that you have exceeded the trail plan's limit, you can see the trail plan's resources per service at https://docs.railway.com/reference/pricing/plans#default-plan-resources.
