We're having issues with our SSL certificate. Our website is being blocked because the certificate is marked as “not secure.” We purchased our domain from Railaway. Domain: wesendly.pro

I can access your website just fine. It might be a caching issue, try to open it from an incognito tab, or use a different network.

I concur with darseen. I ran a check on your domain and cert has been active for a long time
Make sure you are not trying to access via http:// too.
Some other things that can trigger SSL cert issues to is system time. I recommend going in to your devices time/local settings and sycing it up to an external trusted time server such as time.windows.com If your system/VM/containers time is derived from your own DNS server, sometimes it will lose sync
