Production down ~1h. ALL deployments — including a redeploy of a known-good 2-week-old deployment — fail at CREATE_CONTAINER with "Failed to create deployment" in us-west2 (service web, project gestor-jet). Build succeeds every time; container never provisions. Single-replica volume web-volume (/data) likely has a stuck attachment after an active deployment was removed. Please release the stuck container slot / volume lease so a deployment can be created.

We are aware of this issue as a hangover since the networking issues we had in US West. We will look into it and update. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I am having the same issue please help Railway! My prod enviornment is down and I have real clients unable to use my software. Volume instance c4675d21-0922-4fe8-a281-a13c3961369f reports state=READY but cannot be mounted by any container (hangs at CREATE_CONTAINER); no backups exist.

This is still being worked on. The container creation failures in us-west2 are affecting multiple services, not just yours. We'll update this thread as soon as the fix is in place.
