Problem with Mongo DB

Hello, I have problem with Mongo DB. Mongo Db doesn't correctly respond to my backend. In network tab is pending. So Database doens't give information to my backend, on local my development it works without problem, but not here. Please can you look at it? Maybe I'm wrong.
