Good evening, I was testing the project when I ran out of deployment attempts, and I decided to purchase the "Hobby" package, after that I created a new project and connected the git repository, but when I try to deploy it says "restricted access" (attached a photo), please give me the reasons for this and help me solve this problem

The "Limited Access" message means Hobby tier deploys are temporarily paused during a high-traffic period while Pro and Enterprise users are prioritized. There was an incident today that caused this, but it has since been resolved. You should be able to deploy now. If your deployment was queued, it may have already processed automatically. If not, try redeploying from the deployment menu. More details are in our docs.
