Problem with Versions

Good evening, I am developing an application in Django and I need some libraries that are specified in my requirements.txt file. It seems that Railway does not have the most current versions, which I have. Is there a way you can help me with this?

This is more likely an issue with incorrect Python versions and not anything to do with the platform.
What version of Python do you use locally?
