problem with webhook on n8n

I can't get Webkook to listen to my messages that I send on WhatsApp. Everything is configured correctly in n8n. I've already connected the URL to the API instance and my WhatsApp number is also connected.

One thing I noticed is that when I activate the workflow and put the production URL in the instance, the webhook can detect the messages, as they appeared in the Executions.

How can I solve this problem of not identifying the message when I use the Test URL?

I used another WhatsApp API before and they told me that Railway might be blocking this other API for security reasons.
