Your TXT record is malformed. Make sure you're clicking the button to copy the entire string of manually selecting and copying it.

try removing the custom domain from your railway service settings thzn wait a few minutes then re-add it once this triggers a fresh certificate issuance cycle. only do it once though , let's encrypt has a rate limit of 5 certs per domain per week hitting it locks you out for 7 days.
