I have activated the public networking in my app, and configurate the CNAME y my host provider for my domain (www.reservafit.com), but then status always continues on "Waiting for DNS update".
I did it once with the value "iq691cq9.up.railway.app", and passed 3 hours, I deleted and tried again, with "raf1230j.up.railway.app" (the actual).
I've verificated that the DNS is extended. The http it's ok (curl -I http://www.reservafit.com), but not the https (curl -I http://www.reservafit.com). There is still no certificate.
Is everything ok?

You need to add the TXT record.
I also couldn't find a CNAME record attached to your domain...?
I'd try removing your domain from Railway and all associated records from your DNS provider, waiting ~10-15 mins, then re-add them back.
