Hello,
I've been experiencing problems for several days with a service deployed in my environment. It works correctly in one of my environments, but when deployed in another, I encounter problems. I manage multiple Railway accounts, and this service is essential for sending emails.
It seems there's a block on your end, as it works correctly in my development environment, but a new deployment, configured exactly the same, doesn't work; it just keeps loading until it times out.

Hello,
Outbound SMTP is only available on the Pro plan and above, while Free, Trial, and Hobby plans have SMTP disabled.
For sending emails from your application, please use a dedicated email service that provides HTTPS APIs. More information can be found in our documentation:
