"Hello! I am a paid user on the Developer/Pro plan. My backend application needs to send legitimate outbound transactional emails using an external SMTP server (smtp.gmail.com). I am receiving connection timeouts on port 465 and 587. Could you please lift the outbound SMTP restriction / unblock the SMTP ports for my account/project? Thank you!"

Your workspace is currently on the Hobby plan, not the Pro plan. Outbound SMTP (ports 25, 465, 587) is only available on the Pro plan and above. You can upgrade to Pro from your workspace billing settings, or use a transactional email service with an HTTPS API (such as Resend or SendGrid) which works on all plans.
