My application has been running stably on Railway for years without code changes. Suddenly, the website is experiencing severe loading issues, extreme slowness, and constant connection timeouts.

Crucially, this is not just affecting my deployment—the official Railway dashboard (railway.com) is also completely failing to load or timing out at the exact same time for both myself and my customer base across different networks.
