Hi Railway Team,
My production app on Railway suddenly stopped working a few days ago, even though:
The project shows the service as online.
The last deployment was over two weeks ago, and the app had been running fine until a few days ago. (last time it worked was 02.12)
I have not made any changes, deployments, or configuration updates recently.
There was a warning triangle and the message “Railway Maintenance Underway” on the production service for couple of days (it's gone now).
Because there were no deployments or changes on my side, it seems like something in the hosting environment may have changed (e.g., maintenance, restart, container refresh, or environment behavior).
Could you please help me understand:
What exactly the “Railway Maintenance Underway” message means?
Whether any infrastructure maintenance or container restarts could cause the service to stop working?
Whether anything in my project or service was automatically restarted or redeployed during maintenance?
The app has been stable for months and then suddenly became inaccessible, so I would appreciate any guidance or diagnostics on your end.

Could you attempt a re-deploy? The maintenance has been completed, and it should be working now. If it is not, it would indicate an issue with your application
