URGENT: I accidentally replaced my PostgreSQL volume on May 7 2026 at ~02:06 UTC. All production data is lost. I need to know if Railway has any infrastructure-level snapshots or backups of the volume before that time. This is a production emergency

Backups are opt-in and must be configured on a per-service basis via the Backups tab. However, if the original volume is deleted, there is a 48-hour grace period before data is permanently removed, during which a restoration link is sent to your email. Please check your inbox for that email. If you replaced the volume by wiping it rather than deleting it, then there is unfortunately no path forward.
