Hello Railway Support,
We need urgent assistance recovering lost production data from our Railway project.
Could you please check whether there is an available backup or point-in-time restore for this database and help us recover the data?
If possible, please restore the database to the latest state before the data loss occurred. If a direct restore is not possible, please provide an export/dump of the latest available backup so we can manually recover
the records.
Please let us know if you need the project ID, database service ID, or any additional confirmation from our account.

We do not perform database restores on your behalf. Backups are a self-service feature: if you had previously configured backup schedules (daily, weekly, or monthly) or created manual backups, you can restore them directly from the Backups tab in your database service's settings by clicking the "Restore" button on the desired backup. See our backups documentation for details. If no backups were configured prior to the data loss, there is unfortunately no data to restore.
