Hi Railway Team,

My MySQL service is stuck in a "Creating containers" loop for over an hour following today's platform incident.

I have tried cancelling and redeploying, and even rolling back to an older deployment, but it hangs indefinitely. I suspect the Volume is locked or failed to detach from the crashed instance.

Service Name: MySQL (The old one, NOT MySQL-RREZ) Issue: Volume attachment hang.

Please force-detach the volume so I can recover my production data. I am on the Free/Trial plan so I cannot download backups from the UI.
