I have two environments in my project:

QA Environment:

• Domain: https://skinster-qa.up.railway.app
• Edge IP: 69.46.46.119
• Status: ✅ Works in Russia

Production Environment:

• Domain: https://skinsterserver-production.up.railway.app
• Edge IP: 69.46.46.93
• Status: ❌ Blocked in Russia

Both are on Railway's edge network but assigned different IPs. Users in Russia can access QA but cannot reach production.

Can you reassign the production domain to a different edge IP (ideally in the 69.46.46.119 range)?
