URGENT - production down. Project f16cc9f2-827b-4d0c-b137-df4f7a7b4f23. Both services (75e534af-9634-41f7-ba7a-21aa80a263a1 and my Onboarding service) are unreachable via their public *.up.railway.app URLs since ~16:00 BST on 21 April. Container logs show apps running healthy (gunicorn listening on 8080, app fully initialised). HTTP Logs tab is empty on both services. curl reaches TLS handshake and HTTP/2 stream opens, then hangs with 0 bytes received after 10s timeout. All services show "Online" in the dashboard. Status page shows fully operational. Renaming the subdomain temporarily restored routing once, but subsequent renames produced the same broken state. This is a live hotel staff training app — please escalate.
