Hobby plan, project "fulfilling-reverence", service "web". After using Live Resize (beta) to grow the volume to 5GB, every deployment is stuck on "Waiting for build slot" (20+ min). Status page is operational, plan active, usage well under the $150 hard limit, payment method valid. Please clear the stuck build/deploy queue (possibly a pending volume-resize operation).

Your workspace's 3 Hobby-plan build/deploy slots are all occupied by active builds from other projects in the same workspace, which is why this deployment is queued. This is the per-workspace concurrency limit, not a stuck volume-resize operation. The queue will drain on its own as those builds finish, or you can cancel any in-progress deployments you don't need right now to free a slot immediately.
