Production down. Postgres service Postgres-Bgqb deployment stuck in REMOVING for 15+ min — volume postgres-volume-a-4T (id 69dcee9f-355c-46c9-99c1-69f93f7c6588) won't detach.
▎ Service now offline, no active deployment, can't redeploy because the volume never releases. The previous container was OOM-killed at 22:10 UTC and never detached cleanly.
▎ Project: voria (id 07b19b33-650c-4471-8619-2a6cca21f0ce), environment production.
▎ Need the volume force-released urgently — 3 production clients down. Data must be preserved.
