Postgres deployment stuck in volume mount loop, not creating containers. Stuck since ~12:54 UTC on 2026-03-26. No backups available - this is production data.

Please, help me, is urgent, my application is stopped in production, the service keeps mounting the volume but never starts the Postgres container, I need data recovery/investigation without losing the database. Again, is production application.
