CRITICAL ISSUE:

• My production Ghost site is down (502 errors on all traffic)
• Root cause: knex_migrations_lock stuck in MySQL after database migration
• Site has been down 15+ minutes causing revenue loss every minute
• Railway AI agent has confirmed the issue but cannot fix it
• I have been given CLI commands but I do not use CLI
• I need a Railway human to manually clear the migration lock from the database
