Production issue: container crashes on redeploy, no deploy logs appearing

Hi Railway support team,

I'm a Pro plan customer with a B2B SaaS in production. I'm experiencing an issue when trying to redeploy my CRM service.

What happens:

Build logs complete successfully (build phase shows no errors).

Deploy logs do NOT appear at all (the deploy logs section stays empty).

The container ends up in crashed state.

The service was running fine before. I have not made code changes; this happened spontaneously when attempting a routine redeploy.

Note: my production system is currently stable on the previously deployed version. The redeploy issue is blocking new updates but not affecting the running service. I'm holding off any further deploy attempts until you respond. No client impact at this time.

Context: my system was affected by the GCP incident on May 19-20. I've noticed some lingering oddities since then (visual bugs in dashboard metrics, missing historical logs from before the incident, etc.). Wondering if this could be related to that recovery.

Could you please check what's happening on your side and let me know how to safely retry the deploy?

Separately, I have an open question in the public Discord (in the #networking channel) about consolidating my architecture to use private networking between projects, but that's non-urgent and I can wait for community response there.
