My production deployment is completely stuck following today's build queue incident. I am in the middle of a live product launch, and incoming customer traffic is failing because the build will not execute.
The system status indicated that Hobby plan builds were paused to clear the backlog. I need an engineer to manually unstick this deployment or verify if triggering a fresh build will bypass the paused queue now that services are recovering.
I need this unblocked immediately to stop further customer drop-off. Please advise on the fastest path to a successful build.

Your service's latest deployment in the production environment shows a status of SUCCESS as of 08:22 UTC on May 19. There is no currently stuck or pending deployment visible on your service. If you need to push a new change, triggering a fresh build now should proceed normally as the build queue has been recovering.

The AI response is incorrect. It is referencing a previous deployment from May 19.
My current deployment attempt is actively showing as "Paused" in my dashboard. The system is still enforcing the pause on my account, preventing me from pushing the new changes required for my live launch.
Escalate this ticket to a human engineer immediately to unblock the queue for this project.
Technical Context:
The bot is reading your last completed state, ignoring the pending or paused actions in the queue.

To clarify, this is not just a delayed feature update. My live production site at is completely inaccessible. It appears the edge router lost the connection to my previously successful May 19 container following the GCP control plane outage, and the paused Hobby queue is preventing the orchestration layer from restoring the route. I need the route for this domain manually refreshed immediately.
