Hello Railway team,
We accidentally deleted production data from our PostgreSQL database.
The schema and tables still exist, but all records were removed.
This happened today around 9:00 PM (UTC-5 / Peru time).
We do not have a manual backup.
Is there any internal snapshot, system backup, or point-in-time recovery available before the deletion?
Project: Shirpao
Service: PostgreSQL (Production)
Region: US West (California)
We have not performed any new writes, deployments, migrations, or restarts after the incident.
Thank you very much for your help.

Unfortunately, Railway doesn't maintain automatic snapshots or point-in-time recovery for PostgreSQL databases—backup configuration is on you through our Backups feature. Since you don't have a manual backup set up, there's no system-level backup we can restore from.
Massive apologies,
Angelo
