Production Postgres remains unreachable after US West incident

Hello Railway Support,

Our production service remains completely unavailable after the US West connectivity incident, even though the incident is now in Monitoring status.

This started during the acknowledged US West incident. The database volume remains attached and Ready, and we have not deleted, detached, restored, renamed, or modified it.

Could you please inspect the Postgres container, host scheduling, volume attachment, and startup process? If necessary, please safely reschedule the existing Postgres service onto a healthy host without modifying or replacing the existing volume.

Data preservation is our highest priority. Please do not delete, detach, restore, replace, or recreate the production volume.

Please also confirm whether the existing database files remain intact and advise when it is safe to restart or redeploy the application service.

Thank you for your help.

Have you tried issuing a restart? That seems to have helped a few users
