Project cannot redeploy — „serverless" already activated

Hello,
My project is offline and doesn't display a clear error message when I try to redeploy it. I've already:
enabled the serverless flag
have 1 EUR in credit
tried to redeploy
The redeploy button starts, but the deployment doesn't complete. What could be the problem?

Did you click the purple redeploy button at the top of the screen after enabling serverless?
