Hi there, this is a known issue we're working on and your deployments will remain 100% unaffected while the canvas is in this state but 100% understandable that this is inhibiting. I'm going to attach an internal ticket that is tracking this work and you'll get updates propagated to you as we continue to work on this.

Just wanted to confirm 1) this is an intermittent issue 2) canvas fails to load / takes too long to load 3) do you see any error messages or modals within the canvas when this happens? 4) could you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing when this happens and how often this is happening for you?

Could you also please try hard refreshing the site? If you can share your browser/os information as that might be able to help us debug this deeper as well.
