Project Dashboard not loading

We have an issue with one of our project dashboards not loading. It's loading indefinitely.
This only happens for the project 55196bf1-447f-4d4c-9cf7-dfd631235401, other projects are fine.

Confirmed, dashboard itself was VERY slow to load for me just now, and I can't get into any project information for any of my three projects

dashboard is slow and also login status is toggling on and off

Same. Dashboard is slow. Login is slow. PR environments don't appear to be deleted on the dashboard, probably due to it loading slowly too.

May or may not be related, but I'm also noticing builds taking forever or failing, and also that on one of my completed builds, requests to the private network address for my redis instance are returning ENOTFOUND
