Greeting, my project was working fine, but upon changing to a new region, now i get this, "0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

Yes, i have tried redeployment before changing the region it worked, but when i change the region it fails

when i change region it fails still, it's happening on this project only, the rest is working fine

Your latest failures are related to your service's health checks. The original error "Container failed to start" no longer seems to be the issue here.
You can test this out by removing healthchecks from your service settings; the deployment should go through successful. To figure out why, please check the deploy logs of the deployment for more information.
