Project member cannot deploy from template

I have a project member who is an editor. However, he says that he cannot deploy a service from templates.

I do see that the railway team shipped a fix about 5 months ago (thread: https://station.railway.com/questions/project-team-members-with-can-edit-role-ff6dbac0)

But the issue persists. I added the project member after the ticket's timeline, so it leads me to think that the issue wasn't solved 100%.

Appreciate it, in the mean time; do you think removing the member and re-adding them as a project member with editor permissions could possibly fix the problem?

Would it break anything on the project if he was the one who deployed a couple of services from github?

It certainly couldn't hurt. You can also add them to your workspace as well; we don't charge for seats.

Them deploying a few things in the past wouldn't break anything.
