Hello Railway Team,
I’m facing a critical issue where my project is no longer visible in my dashboard, and my production service is currently down.
Here are my details:
- Billing Email: ceo.novelcodes@gmail.com
- Plan: Hobby
- Project Name: (not visible, but previously existed)
- Backend Service: sdv-services (Java application)
- Database: PostgreSQL (railway)
- login method : github
- login email: ceo.novelcodes@gmail.com
- login username: NovelCodes-India
Issue Description:
- I can no longer see any of my projects after logging in
- I have tried all login methods (Google/GitHub/email)
- I have checked all workspaces (personal + team)
- The project appears to be completely missing, and my backend is down
Additional Info:
- Any previous URL : https://sdvglobal.in/ & https://sdvglobal.com/
Impact:
This is affecting my live service and needs urgent attention.
Request:
Could you please:
- Locate my project using the billing email
- Restore access to the correct workspace/account
- Confirm if there has been any account/workspace issue
Happy to verify ownership if needed.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I’ve tried all possible login methods (email, GitHub, etc.) in different permutations and combinations, and have exhausted all options on my end.
Could you please help locate my account(s) and merge them if necessary, so I can access my project and investigate what happened to the production application?

We are not able to share account information, merge accounts, or grant access to accounts on your behalf, as this is a security boundary we cannot cross. It is your responsibility to know which login method you used to create your account. We are not able to assist further with this.

Thanks for the reply again.
So what am I supposed to do? Loose the data, keep on paying the bills and leave the application down ? Atleast, can I get some guidance on how I can access the required workspace. I think railway has messed my workspaces I I logged in using GitHub and email both. Please note the billing email is associated with the GitHub account as well.
Please help me finding my workspace such that I can get hold on billing, and status of the application deployed.
Any help or guidance on how can I access the required workspace would be highly appreciated.

We understand the frustration, but our position has not changed. We are not able to share account information, merge accounts, or grant access to accounts on your behalf, as this is a security boundary we cannot cross. It is your responsibility to know which login method you used to create your account. There is no data loss - your data is still there, you simply need to log into the correct account. We will be closing this thread and will not be responding to further requests on this topic.
