Project: rondo, production. After Railway platform outage, ClickHouse cluster down.

Keeper K1: no quorum, looks for clickhouse-keeper-k2/k3 (only K1 service in project; worked months).

S1R1/S1R2: cannot connect to Keeper :2181. Proxy 503.

Please restore cluster. Do NOT delete volumes: clickhouse-s1r1-volume, clickhouse-s1r2-volume, clickhouse-keeper-k1-volume.

Urgent: production data pipeline blocked.
