Project Starts Successfully but Public URL Always Returns "Application Failed to Respond

Deployment completes successfully.
The application never crashes or exits.
However, when I open the Railway-generated public URL, I consistently get either:
Application failed to respond, or a blank/unavailable page.

Make sure you bind the address to 0.0.0.0 and set the public url port same as your app listening to
