Same issue here; I'm getting a 404 for my project, with the additional message "Looks like you are lost". Removing the environmentId query parameter in the URL does help.

So, is railway currently down? When I try pushing new changes to my project it keeps saying timed out? Yesterday everything was perfectly fine though?
