Projects missing from dashboard while production services remain active

Hello Railway Support team,

I am experiencing a dashboard visibility issue: when I log in, my projects do not appear in the UI.

However, my production services are still running normally, and the database is also accessible externally (for example, via DBeaver), so the infrastructure appears to be active.

What I have already checked:

Production is online and responding normally.

Database connectivity is working.

I have logged out and logged in again.

I checked whether I might be in the wrong account/workspace.

Observed behavior:

No projects are shown in my dashboard after login.

There has been no production outage.

I also tried validating via CLI and got:

Unauthorized. Please login with railway login

Could you please verify:

Whether my account lost access to the workspace/team.

Whether ownership or member permissions were changed.

Whether there is any billing-related restriction that could affect dashboard visibility only.

Whether there is any known UI/session incident related to this behavior.

If needed, I can provide:

The email used to log in

Approximate time when the issue started

URLs of the services that are still active

Thank you.

Your Pro subscription is active and billing is current, so there is no billing-related restriction. However, your workspace has zero services and zero resource usage, which means the production services you are seeing were likely deployed in a different workspace where you were previously a member. If you were removed from that workspace, the projects would disappear from your dashboard while the services themselves continue running. The CLI "Unauthorized" error is consistent with this, as your current session has no access to those resources. We recommend checking with whoever owns that workspace to confirm your membership status, or look for an invite link to rejoin it.

Hello, thanks for the clarification.

I still need help from a human agent to recover access.

My production services are still live, and these are the domains currently active:

https://rykon-check-belt-production.up.railway.app

https://rykon-pay-production.up.railway.app

Please help me identify which workspace currently owns these services/domains and confirm whether my account was previously a member and then removed.

I can verify ownership by domain, project details, and deployment history if needed.

Please also advise what exact account email I should use (I may have logged in with a different provider/account).

Thank you.

The two domains you shared are not part of the account you're currently logged into (deleonrykon@gmail.com). Your current account was created on March 12, 2026, and has its own separate Pro workspace with no projects in it.

Try logging in with a different email or auth provider you may have used previously - the workspace owner account uses a different email address. If you're unsure which provider you originally signed up with, try each login method (GitHub, Google, email) with any other email addresses you use.

Here is a hint for the account: coto@ry**om.br

Let us know if you need more help.

Hello Sam, thanks for the help.

I do have access to the hinted email account: contato@rykon.com.br, which I believe is the correct workspace owner account.

However, when I try to log in, I am being asked for 2FA (MFA), and I never configured 2FA for this account (or I no longer have access to the authenticator).

Could you please help me with account recovery and reset/disable 2FA for this account so I can regain access to the workspace?

I can verify ownership and provide any required information (domain ownership, previous deployment details, billing details, etc.).

Thank you.

We can remove 2FA after verifying that you own the account. Please create a new public repository named Railway-2FA-Reset on the GitHub account associated with your contato@rykon.com.br Railway account (not the GitHub account linked to your current deleonrykon@gmail.com login). Once you're done, reply here with a link to the repository.

Hello Sam,

Done. I created the requested public repository:

https://github.com/rykon-oficial/Railway-2FA-Reset

Please proceed with the 2FA reset for the Railway account linked to contato@rykon.com.br.

Thank you.

The repository needs to be created on the GitHub account linked to your contato@rykon.com.br Railway account, which is not rykon-oficial. Please create the Railway-2FA-Reset repo under the correct GitHub account and reply with the link.

Hello Sam,

Following up on my previous reply: the GitHub account now has contato@rykon.com.br verified and set as the primary email.

The requested public repository is still available here:

https://github.com/rykon-oficial/Railway-2FA-Reset

Please proceed with the 2FA reset for the Railway account linked to contato@rykon.com.br.

Thank you.

The verification needs to run against the account that needs the reset, and this thread is tied to your other account. To proceed, please send an email to us from contato@rykon.com.br, mention that you need a 2FA reset, and we'll run the same GitHub repo verification from that thread.
