Projects not appearing but I'm still getting billed

I've been a Railway customer for a few years now. I'm not sure if something wonky is going on with the servers or what, but I'm a bit confused.

Problem: My apps aren't appearing when I sign into Railway through Github. I know I'm still getting billed because I get the monthly emails with my receipt, and when I visit my apps, they're still online. However, when I actually check the Usage and Billing sections in Railway, it's showing that I have no payment method set up and that I have no apps being hosted.

Question: Is there just some kind of server issue right now that's preventing things from showing properly? Was there some very recent update that would've reset my account that I just missed the comms for?

Happy to answer any questions that could make solving this easier; just don't want to give away too much personal info in my initial post if not necessary.

Edit: Another thing worth noting is that when I tried signing in with Github, I got a welcome aboard email treating me as if I'm a new customer. I've only ever had once Github account, so I'm not sure why this is happening.

Edit 2: I'm almost wondering if changing the email associated with my Github account could have had any impact on this, although I would think that shouldn't matter.

Edit 3: I confirmed that the issue was that Railway's OAuth is "bugged" and thinks that you're using a new account when you change the primary email address on your Github account. Even after changing the primary email address back to what it used to be on Github, Railway was still stuck and associating my Github account with the new email address that doesn't show any projects. The solution was to force a sign in via email and then enter the email address that used to be associated with my Github account.

It's affecting both of my services hosted through Railway but the assistant for this thread only let me select one.
