Hello,

You likely have logged into the incorrect Railway account.

Could it be because my primary github email changed? because im 99% sure that i had all my services via this GitHub account (only have one)

Yes that could be why, you would need to log into the correct account and link your GitHub account.

I don’t have access to that email anymore (old uni email), hence i changed it in github. Any chance you can change this manually for me so i can login via GitHub again?

Please provide the following information as verification.

  • The account's current email address

  • The last 4 digits of the card used

  • The expiry of the card used (MM/YY)

  • The card type (Visa/Amex/etc)

  • The card's issuing bank

  • The last 3 invoices and the time in UTC that they were paid

And then of course the email you'd like to change to, but you'll likely need to delete your new Railway account before I can change the email of your previous account since no two Railway accounts can have the same email.
