My projects and services were paused because billing, it says that it is paused at a platform level and I could not initiate them. please help. I already pay the "hobbie" subscription.

Your workspace is back on an active Hobby subscription as of today at 17:46 UTC, after the two overdue invoices were paid, and there are no restrictions on the account.
Your services' latest deployments are currently removed, and they will not start again on their own. Restoring them is a manual process: open each service and redeploy it. One of your services already has a new deployment building, so the others can be brought back the same way. More detail is in our docs.
