Hello,
I just registered a new account through the Lenny Newsletter, which mentioned that I could “Redeem your claim: 1 year free of Railway Hobby.” However, after accessing the site through the referral link and following the instructions to upgrade to the Hobby plan, I did not see the $20 monthly credits applied. I only see the $25 one-time credit granted to new users.
Below is the explanation shown on the Lenny website:
“Upgrade to the Hobby plan. You'll need to enter billing details to activate the plan, but you'll automatically receive $20 in monthly credits for 12 months. This covers the full cost of Hobby ($5) + $15 in usage.”
Could you please help me check why the promotional credits have not appeared on my account? I would really appreciate your help in resolving this.
