1. When trying to create a WhatsApp channel from Railway in Chatwoot, I get the error: "Provider config invalid credentials."
2. Also, I want to log in to Chatwoot with my username and password, but it won't let me.
3. The recognition problem is on Railway's end. Can you tell me what to do?Attachments

Hello, i can see in your screenshot that the phone number you're using (+1555xxxxxxx99) is labeled 'numero prueba" which means test number , meta test numbers can't be used to create a real whatsapp inbox, that's why you're getting invalid credentials. you need to replace it with your real verified business phone number from meta business manager
Hope this help you

1. I find it hard to believe the cause of the error is the "test phone." Many users are creating the WhatsApp channel using test phones generated by Meta Developer. It's the same owner. I can test it.
2. The other error is that I can't access my account from the Chatwoot platform with super admin privileges, only through Railway. I think the problem lies there.

Resolved: Provider config invalid credentials. Thank you very much for your help. Indeed, one of the errors was the test phone.
