hi. our backend server suddenly started getting errors (like below) from trying to connect to PSQL database. No chages were made in last ~24hrs, also same code in dev server works. im trying to redeploy PSQL service but it hangs on "creating containters"
Error:
django.db.utils.OperationalError: connection failed: server closed the connection unexpectedly
This probably means the server terminated abnormally
before or while processing the request.

to clarify - backend crashes because of these errors, and this is production, so this is urgent

Hey @strellic, very sorry for the experience. We're investigating a possible issue in EU West. Thanks for letting us know that migrating to USW fixed it, certainly not ideal, but I'm glad you were unblocked
