Public HTTP domain is stuck on service servidor-mrshelby-bling (project mrshelby-bling, production). It shows 'Public domain will be generated' and never creates a real domain. TCP proxy on 8080 works, so the service is up. The config editor is now trying to RE-ADD the service and its /data volume, which I did not request — do NOT recreate the volume. I need a working public HTTP domain on port 8080 and my /data volume preserved.

Since your tcp proxy works on port 8080, just add a new custom domain.
Go to your service networking settings in domain section and click on add a new custom domain. Make sure to set the port to 8080.
