once I click on my "Public Networking" link I get this message:

The train has not arrived at the station.

Please check your network settings to confirm that your domain has provisioned.

If you are a visitor, please let the owner know you're stuck at the station.

what domain are you using ? there's no domain attached to the service you selected.

You need to add the domain in service settings -> network. We then give you a specific DNS record to add.
