Hi,
It's been several days that one of my custom domain is stuck at "Issuing TLS certificate".
Since it's the apex domain, I created a DNS record of type A to the static IP 35.214.179.121 that correspond to the railway DNS provided.
Could you help with this? Thank you.

Using an A record is not correct, Railway IPs are dynamic by default so your domain will stop working over time.
You'd need to use a CNAME record and if your nameserver doesn't support root level CNAMEs then I'd suggest you use Cloudflare as a nameserver instead
