Question: If another region is added, meaning there is more than one, are the fees for the second or third region charged again?Status changed to Awaiting Railway Response Railway • 5 months ago

No, there's no additional fee for deploying to extra regions. You pay for the combined resource usage of all replicas - each replica is billed independently for the CPU, RAM, and egress it uses, at the same rates regardless of region.

Sorry, I didn't understand you or I didn't phrase the question correctly. If I currently have an application deployed in US East (Virginia, USA) and I add a second region, for example, US West (California, USA), will I be charged for both regions?

Yes, you pay for the resources each replica uses - if you run replicas in both US East and US West, you're billed for the CPU, RAM, and egress consumed by each, at the same rates with no regional surcharge.
