I have credits on my Hobby account that I’d like to use to purchase a Pro subscription and transfer to the balance of. I’d like to add credits from my personal account every few months to upkeep it, whether it was possible on the dashboard or I would have to reach out, but I can’t seem to find a way to purchase a Pro subscription with credits. Is this something that is possible?

It is, but from what I've seen the team tell other users is that you'd have to load a very high minimum amount of credits on Pro to be on a pre-paid option, may I what's your reason for wanting Pro?

Gotcha, well you do have a significant amount of credit, so I'll escalate this to the team so they can give you the answer.

Can I create a team without incurring the $20 charge on my card? I’d rather use the credits.

Looks like this work was backlogged to be able to prioritize real-money cash payouts, which were teased in the changelog this past week. As Jake mentioned previously we can help you move credits over meanwhile until the work from this ticket is scoped in the future. Thanks

That would be perfect, any chance you could create me a team in the backend or something and we can do that? Wishing to use my credits instead of incurring a $20 charge to create the team.

If you're able to wait 1-2 weeks you should be able to cash out template bounties and manage the subscription yourself. Adding a way to do this in-app will take more time since the issue is backlogged, sorry about that.
