please i ran out of credit i want to renew my plan by purchasing credit but no option is available to purchase credit

Hey, you have to either upgrade to the Hobby or Pro plan to continue using Railway.

The Hobby plan costs $5 a month and includes $5 worth of usage for that month.

Unfortunately, you will have to use a different card if the card you are currently using doesn't work.

Unfortunately, I can't offer you more support on this issue, you will have to use a different card to subscribe to the Hobby plan.

No, there is no link to purchase credits for your account.

Hey there, like uxuz mentioned we've deprecated the credits option but you can purchase a hobby plan that should give you $5 of included usage — you'll just have to make sure to use a valid payment method (unexpired card, etc) to get through this but it should be a quick process in your Railway account in the billing portal.
